This is Adam's and Sabrina's story--we met them in the first book in the series--and you will love them both. Blackburn has the knack of writing believable characters you care about from the fist contact. I also appreciate the extensive research and attention to detail she show in her novels. Human and sex trafficking is much more extensive than most of us believe. Lynn did a great job of explains the methodology and horror of these enterprises.I am looking forward to book three!
i loved the first book in the series and could not wait to read this one . . . i literally read it in an entire day! i love the fact that the characters from the first book are in this book ~ the characters are easy to relate to -as they struggle with their jobs, their relationships, not only with their friends but their faith as well ~ and i love how it is so easy for them to talk about God! the characters in this book came alive ~ and there were even times i held my breath wondering what would happen next! i love this series and am hoping there will be a third book soon!
A thrilling fast paced novel that keeps the readers on the edge of their seats! Lynn H. Blackburn kept the readers in suspense throughout the entire novel. She weaved together many clues throughout the novel, but I was still shocked at how everything was resolved. This was a wonderful romantic suspense novel that kept me up way past my bedtime! I can’t wait to read the third book in the series!
Wow...this book was amazing. Mystery with an amazing group of investigators. Adam and Sabrina working out a mystery that unearths a much bigger conspiracy than they thought. I loved the intensity and drive of this team of friends. I don’t want to say more and give away any spoilers, but it’s a must read for romantic suspense fans!
This excellent book deals with bringing awareness that there is so much more to human trafficking than the sex trade.I have become fond of the well thought out characters in this series. I look forward with great anticipation to reading the next in the series.
