The explanations and reasoning behind each exercise were good.These days you hear so much about back problems but I believe many people don’t know that having tight hips can then progress into back problems. This book is well organized and easy to follow. The author walks you through numerous stretches that can really help. If you have tight hips or back problems you should check it out.
Good book. I've struggled with hip and thigh pain for years from sitting at work and sitting in the car so much. I thought this book did a good job of covering the hips and hip flexors and how to treat pain in a natural way. I was glad to see that it covered posture, which I've discovered is an important factor in hip pain. Over all good, practical book for everyone.
I'll start by thanking the author for addressing this painful subject (literally): this is a fine work.Pain relievers are not hard to find: natural, good ones are.I would recommend anyone who suffers to at least try what's written here - I know it's worth the money.Be well!

Only about 30 pages with double spaced large print. More of an oversized leaflet than a book. Thought I might learn something I didn't already know. Same info. my doctor has already told me and I have already looked up on the internet.
If I could exercise like it states in this book, I would not be in need of this book. But since I can't do the suggestions in this book, it really was not what I wanted.
